🇪🇸 🇺🇸 | Vía ferrata La Lampara (K2/K3) | Titaguas (Valencia)

🇪🇸 Español: Vía ferrata La Lampara, con un primer tramo K1-K2 y un segundo tramo K3, situada en el pueblo de Titaguas (Com. Valenciana).

Desde el pueblo es muy fácil encontrarla ya que hay puestos carteles indicando el camino a la ferrata desde la carretera. Al llegar se puede aparcar en una area recreativa, con paellero y zona infantil.

La aproximación es de unos 10 minutos subida y luego unos 15 minutos para volver al coche desde el final de la ferrata. Todo está muy bien indicado y no hay perdida si se siguen bien las marcas.

La vía ferrata en sí es un laberinto. Al llegar nos cruzamos con un cartel que indica hacia un lado la ferrata K1-K2 y por el otro lado la K3. Nosotros empezamos por la vía ferrata K1-K2 pensando encontrarnos con la K3 luego. El primer tramo es la mayormente horizontal. El cable de vida está a la altura de la cadera o más abajo, y puede resultar un poco incómodo sobre todo a la hora de hacer los cambios, hay que agacharse un poco. Fuera de eso, no hay dificultad mayor durante este tramo de K1-K2.

Una vez arriba, cogemos la senda por la izquierda y llegamos hasta el puente de tablón. Al cruzar el puente seguimos la ferrata por la parte de abajo. Son pasos mayormente laterales clasificados como K3. Hay tramos sin peldaños para los pies que puede resultar difícil, sobre todo porque pide resistencia física en los brazos. El tramo K3 tiene 2 puentes monocable y varios escapes. La senda sigue la vía ferrata. Al final, se llega a un mirador y se coge la senda para bajar de nuevo al coche.

From the town it is very easy to find it since there are signs indicating the way to the ferrata from the road. Upon arrival you can park in a recreational area, with paellero and children's area.

The approach is about 10 minutes uphill and then about 15 minutes to get back to the car from the end of the ferrata. Everything is very well indicated and there is no loss if the marks are followed well.

The via ferrata itself is a maze. Upon arrival, we come across a sign that indicates the K1-K2 ferrata on one side and the K3 on the other side. We started with the via ferrata K1-K2, planning to meet K3 later. The first stretch is mostly horizontal. The life cable is at hip height or lower, and it can be a bit uncomfortable, especially when making changes, you have to bend down a bit. Other than that, there is no major difficulty during this section of K1-K2.

Once at the top, we take the path to the left and arrive at the plank bridge. When crossing the bridge we follow the ferrata at the bottom. They are mostly lateral steps classified as K3. There are sections without steps for the feet that can be difficult, especially because it requires physical resistance in the arms. Section K3 has 2 monocable bridges and several escapes. The path follows the via ferrata. At the end, you reach a viewpoint and take the path to go back down to the car.
