Itinerary description
A trip to Malmo is very easy from Denmark. There is a train service from Copenhagen Airport that is very easy to use, and there are lots of trains. You just purchase the ticket and hop onto the train.
Once in Malmo you can wander around the old part of the city, have lunch at one of the many restaurants, or take a picnic with you. There are lots of places that you can stop and eat a sandwitch on a park or similar.
There is a excellent gourmet cheese shop in the centre of Malmo and you can get some Swedish cheese - also try the Cloudberry Jam, slightly expensive, but worth the money if you have never tried it.
It is easy to walk past some unusual treasures. Make sure you visit St Petri Church. Also look out for the scupltures, there are quite a few to see.
The old fortress is also worth a visit, although it is a bit out of the way, and there is only really the outside to see (unless you are into art).

Hidden away in among the buildings. Unfortunately it was not being played when we were there.
