Tecnic despriction: G9: (pinacles and gablets) and G7: have “arcs ogivals” Searching: Is one of the most emblematic places in the city of Barcelona, is located in the Barri Gòtic, it have a lot of buildings around it, which are mostly 'palau reial major', “el saló del Tinell, the “mirador del rei Martí” that has a very good view to the medieval city and the “capella of Santa Àgata”. The square is surrounded by all the buildings and has only one way that is open that communicate with the cathedral of Barcelona This Square was built in XIV century, these square is a project of the “urbans” that carried out “Martí l’Humà” the actually king of these century. Initially these building was built in Barcelona, but was smaller than now because in the pass of the time there were architects that reform de palace and do it bigger. Searching: It have one of the biggest “rosasses” in the world with Notre Dame, but now is the bigger “rosassa” in the world because Notre Dame was burnt. This “rosassa” have 10 metres of diameter, the “rosassa” was created by Francesc de Coma de Mallorca a expert of stained glass. The “rosassa” benefit to the church because enter a lot of light in a lot of colors and make the church brighter than if there’s no “rosassa”. In the Civil war these “rosassa” was destroyed but then, they repair it with care. The church is called like this because the pine tree was so important for these church and in a lot of sides there’s decorations made with pine tree statues and also the shield of these church it was made with pine trees.

They decided they would build the church by themselves and every guild helped in something. In the XII century, in the port, was created a maritime area. So, the merchants built their houses around the Santa Maria del Mar church that before was called Santa Maria de les Arenes church because these church was so close to the port. Little by little this emblematic church became very famous because the sailors, the merchants and other people that worked in the port, built their houses there (in the Carrer de l’Argenteria), and these was the only way to went to the port. For the outdoor of the church is the only church of the catalan gothic that was perfectly finished.
