This are called badlands because is really developed
Meander of the tajo river
A meander appears when the river looses energy and avoids the hardest rocks and as a result of these, we are going to see meanders. In one bank, the river is going to erode, and in the other bank, the river deposits the sediments that has been eroded by the river.
Vegetation
Here, the rain is torrential and the temperature in summer is so high and in winter so low, the soil is also really poor so only the smallest plants are going to survive are Stipa Tenacissima and Retama Sphaerocarpa. This landscape is really similar to the landscape of Aranjuez in the Mar de Ontígola
