Casa Corbella

Català: En documents del segle XII es troben citats diversos Diumers, cosa que indica l'antiguitat de l'assentament. En el planell de 1777 s'hi veu dibuixada "Casa Diumer" com una típica masia dels segles XVII o XVIII, amb el molí i la bassa al costat. Les propietats dels Diumer (que havien set petites) es van estendre de tal manera que quan es va reformar la casa en profunditat, el 1857, el propietari podia anar a la parròquia de Marata a la del Fou trepitjant sempre terra de la seva propietat. Les construccions anteriors del mas Diumer, estan incloses dins les noves de 1857. A l'interior hi ha una capella en honor de Sant Josep Oriol, que passà temporades al mas els anys 1700-1702. Casa Balvey

Català: Joan Balvey i Bas era membre de la família Balvey que des del segle XVII van ser farmacèutics (a Cardedeu). Havia heretat els terrenys on s'hi ubica aquesta finca amb una antiga casa al costat. Va ser una de les primeres edificacions residencials d'una expansió urbanística que es concretaria en el «Pla de Reformes del sector Nord» de 1930. No es pública. El lloc on està situada es coneix com el puntarró. A l'arxiu de l'Ajuntament es troba també un expedient a nom de Joan Balvey de l'any 1911 titulat així: "Expediente sobre enjenación de terrenos sobrantes según el nuevo trazado del camino vecinal de esta a Cánovas". Can Llibre

Català: És una construcció del 1644. El 1881 el jardí. El 4 d'agost de 1912, Lluís Llibre reforma la façana de la seva casa al carrer del Forn (antic nom d'aquest carrer, ja que hi havia un forn). Ha estat donada a la vila fa poc temps per la família Llibre. Edifici de tres façanes que prové de la reforma d'una antiga masia amb planta baixa i dos pisos. La façana principal dóna a la Plaça Sant Joan. És asimètrica, de pedra picada amb obertures de diferents tipus: arc escarser a la planta baixa, finestres balconeres de llinda plana amb esgrafiats a la llinda, arcada al llarg de l'amplada de l'edifici en successió d'arc de mig punt. La façana està coronada per una cornisa de perfil sinuós amb una finestra d'ull de bou al mig. L'altra façana, dues, són també d'estructura asimètrica amb tribuna. Tot el conjunt és de caràcter eclèctic. És privat. Direcció nord-oest. Anglès: It was built in 1644. In 1881 the garden. Església

Català: Es tracta d'un edifici amb planta d'una sola nau amb vuit capelles laterals, la nau està sostinguda per uns grans contraforts que en l'interior separant les capelles. L'edifici, llevat del campanar i de la portada, és de paredat. La façana està arrebossada. És una església i es pot anar gratuïtament de dilluns a diumenge. Es pública. El primitiu temple de Santa Maria, romànic, es troba ja citat en documents de l'any 1022. L'església actual es creu que es va començar a edificar els anys 1581-1582. Hi ha testimonis documentals de diverses reformes i ampliacions els anys 1604, 1609, 1625, 1657, 1727, 1734, 1737. P. Comes esmenta que l'església fou acabada l'any 1698. Després de la guerra dels carlins, es va restaurar, puix havia estat cremada. El mateix va ocórrer després de la guerra del 1936-1939. Santa Espina

Català: Sobre un peu cilíndric de formigó, unes figures estilitzades metàl·liques disposades en rotllana sostenen un cilindre amb logotips de diverses entitats de Cardedeu. Sobre aquest darrer cilindre hi ha una flama figurada. La Germandat "La Santa Espina" és l'entitat més antiga de Cardedeu, i una de les més antigues del Vallès. Constituïda l'any 1877, el seu objecte és l'exercici de la previsió social mitjançant l'ajut i el socors mutus entre els seus associats, així com altres activitats i prestacions de caràcter social i de serveis. Fleca Vell

Català: És un dels edificis més antics de Cardedeu i el podem ubicar al centre d'aquesta vila. El seu estil arquitectònic és gòtic tardà. De la construcció original només es coneix el nom del propietari, Jacobus Bellsolà, de qui no tenim cap dada, i per tant, no és possible relacionar de manera documental, tot i que els noms coincideixen, amb la família propietaria del Mas Bellsolà, construït també en la mateixa època (1587). Casa Marc Viader

Es tracta d'un edifici aïllat amb jardí, amb una façana alineada al carrer i formant part d'un recinte major, destinat a habitatge familiar. Està format per dos cossos de planta rectangular, un de planta baixa, una primera planta i golfes amb dues crugies cada cos, perpendiculars a la façana del carrer. El cos de planta baixa està acabat amb terrat i barana de balustres perimetral. El cos més gran correspon a una planta de tipus basilical, amb tram central sobre aixecat i coberta a dues vessants que en la part posterior de l'ala de llevant es transforma en dos terrats. Compta amb un pas del carrer amb porta metàl·lica i coronament ondulat. No es pública. Per anar cap aquí vam anar per l’est. Anglès: It is an isolated building with garden, with a facade aligned to the street and forming part of a larger enclosure, intended for family housing. It is made up of two rectangular bodies, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor and the attic with two slots on each body, perpendicular to the street façade. The ground floor body is finished with a roof and a perimeter balustrade railing. The larger body corresponds to a basilical-type plant, with an overgrown central section and covered on two sides, which on the rear of the east wing transforms into two roofs. Vil·la Paquita

Català: És un habitatge de temporada amb jardí. De planta baixa, pis i coberta a dues vessants. La façana principal està composta d’esgrafiats amb motius vegetals i florals i figurats. La composició és simètrica. El portal d'entrada té una petita marquesina. El capcer és de forma piramidal truncat, l'obra presenta un gran caràcter noucentista. Es un habitatge públic. Av. Rei en Jaume, 114. Cardedeu (Vallès Oriental) Es pot visitar, és gratuït. Es pública Vil·la Paquita s'emmarca dintre del context de construccions bastides des de finals del s. XIX a la carretera de Caldes, quan aquesta es converteix en l'eix principal de la vila. Al llarg de la carretera podem veure una gran varietat d'estils arquitectònics des de l'eclecticisme, modernisme, noucentisme i els edificis moderns. Hem anat direcció sud.
