Itinerary description
From Maro follow the track suitable for 4x4 vehicles. Two miles in there is a sign post the right hand fork saying Sendero. This track would still be suitable for vehicles it is wide and open and easy to navigate. Pass to your right a gray outbuilding, stay on the tracks and keep going uphill. You will reach the ruined house of Civila and shortly after a sign stating Pico de Cielo. This is an uphill track which gets more rough and difficult the closer to the peak you get. Approximately 30metres from the summit it becomes a scramble.There is a cross at the top. Return the way you came.
