Itinerary description
This is a very large Buddhist site that is about 1000 years old. Sadly most of sites are within military areas, so this is the only location that can be visited.
It is a 3 hour drive from Dhaka and could be combined with Sonargaon; it is an interesting site but not worthy of an outing from Dhaka. I stopped in Comilla on the way back.
