Walk between the National Museum (Národni Museum) and the Old Town Square Staromestské námestí). The origins of this square go back to the 12th century. Here are monuments such as:
- City Hall of the Old City with its famous ASTRONOMIC WATCH (unfortunately in works).
- Tyn Mother Church of God
- Baroque Church of St. Nicholas
- Rococo Palace of the Kinský.
In the shoes of the square is marked the place of execution of the 27 members of the Czech nobility on 21-6-1621 and the meridian of Prague.
The route also passes through the Powder Tower (Prasná Brána).
This monument was finished in 1475, constituting a gateway into the city, through which the coronation processions of the Czech kings entered. It is one of the most significant monuments of the last stage of the Gothic style of the city.
