Itinerary description
Bou01S - Chão de Parada
We had 29 people for the walk this Wednesday. With the recent rains almost everywhere is waterlogged. For today’s walk we chose a flat route of rural roads and tracks through the pine/eucalyptus forest and strawberry farms between Salir do Porto and Serra do Bouro. The way was mostly clear with only a few soft spots.
With the exception of an encounter with an out of control German Shepherd (I hope Pipa is OK) a good time was had by all.
The first 3k of this track is the drive from the meeting point to the starting point. The actual length of the walk is 6k.
