Itinerary description
This is an easy walk that will give you a good impression of the surroundings of this village with lots of Moorish remnants.
Highlights are the Castillo de Los Ulloa, from which you have a good view of the whole village, the Nasrid Gardens, a Moorish garden, the river Guadalfeo and the Alpujarra mountains behind which you can see the snow of some of the peaks of the Sierra Nevada.
It is mainly a walk along both sides of the river Guadelfeo. The only disadvantage is that the greatest part of the walk is along tarmac roads.
