My name is Barrie Naylor and I retired to Mojacar in 2002. Along with my wife Julie we organised a local walking group in and around Mojacar, Almeria Spain.
Before Covid we had nearly 1500 registered walkers and 112 different graded walks. We collected one euro from each walker which was then donated to a local charity at the end of the walking season.
Since Brexit and Covid it has been impossible to create an annual schedule due to lack of volunteers to lead. Consequently many of the walks will have changed slightly due to fencing and overgrowth. If anyone decides to follow a trail and find that it has change please send me the revised GPS file so that the route can be updated. I also suggest that you carry secateurs.
