Mostly familiar trails but did try a riverbed that was not made for biking, avoid it. Don’t know how to indicate it in my route, check Trailforks, the part I did was not listed in that app, should have avoided it.

Nice ride up to Can Grau followed by a track which runs alongside a river bed through a valley. There is a period of walking along the bastard stones, but worth it.
The objective of this route is the trail at the half way point. To get to the top of this trail there is a bit of walking, but it is worth it. Potentially there is another access point from the North.
