    The first half is not really suitable for a running, more of a hike/scramble, long pants are advised sure to the thorny bushes, my legs were cut to bits but the views are stunning

    A good run, uphill and technical to start then downhill and easy to finish. We’ve done this before but in reverse, I think it’s better this way. We did go wrong slightly and had to back track so ignore that.

    Fantastic trail but not to be underestimated (like I did). This is steep, technical and hard running throughout but in a fantastic location with more beautiful views.

    A slightly shorter loop around Bellus. Good but tough trails with plenty of uphill. Finished at dusk and in the dark with head torches so the last few km’s were slow.
